1. The “At Ease Gang” Hospitality Room will be in conjunction with the Joint Force Headquarters room in the Hotel. Funding support of the hospitality room will again be on a pre-pay basis. Based on past experience, a $15.00 per person ($30.00 per couple) fee is requested for the hospitality room budget. Please issue your check to “AT EASE GANG” and mail to NGAMS along with your regular registration.
2. Please keep in mind that registration for the conference is on a pre-registration basis. All registration for conference activities must be in the NGAMS office no later than 16 April 2010. Cancellations for these activities will be honored with a full refund until 1430 hours 30 April 2010.
3. As you know, no ticket is required for the “At Ease Gang” Annual Breakfast, hosted by NGAMS. Breakfast will be in Ballroom “A” at 0700 hours, but coffee will be available at 0630, so come early and visit.
4. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Imperial Palace Casino Resort for our retired group. We are asking you to make your hotel reservations directly with the hotel and ask for a room from the block for the National Guard Association of Mississippi. The hotel will require a credit card for confirmation. Cost for a standard room is $99.00 plus tax.
