REIMBURSEMENT PROVIDED TO UNIT INSURANCE ADMINISTRATORS
For each approved application received in the NGAMS Office, the Insurance Administrator is reimbursed for his personal expenses in mailing the appropriate forms as required on the following basis:
Existing Insurance
a. An increase in amount of coverage on a basic policy... $10.00
b. An increase of Dependent Coverage on an existing policy...$10.00
c. Adding Dependents Coverage in amount of $30,000 or $50,000...
$10.00
New Application
d. New application for Guard Member @ $10,000...$12.00
e. New application for Guard Member @ $16,000.... 14.00
f. New application for Guard Member @ $25,000 ... 15.00
g. New application for Guard Member @ $35,000.... 22.00
h. Anytime Dependent Coverage in the amount of $30,000 or $50,000
is included on a new application ........................7.00

Example 1: Person has $10,000 with $15,000 DC, increases DC to $30,000 - UA would receive ... $10.00
Example 2: Person has $10,000 and adds $30,000 or $50,000 DC - UA would receive.. $10.00
Example 3: Person is New for $35,000 with $30,000 or $50,000 DC, UA would receive.. $29.00
Example
4: Person is New for $35,000 (no DC), UA would receive.....$22.00
An incentive is provided only on the $30,000 and $50,000 Dependent Coverage
Reimbursement is issued every month. However, NGAMS will accrue the reimbursement for up to three months before issuing the check if the amount is less than $10.00.
UNIT BONUSES
The UA is reimbursed for each individual policy all during the year. At the end of the year, the UNITS with outstanding percentages of insured personnel are provided a bonus to their "Unit Special Fund." The bonus
is based on percentages as follows:
63 - 66.9%..........$ .90 per person insured, or a minimum of $30.00
67 - 74.9%.......... 1.25 per person insured, or a minimum of $50.00
75% and over...... 1.75 per person insured, or a minimum of $75.00
