ITS TIME AGAIN FOR THE BEST STATE ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE IN THE NATION!
It’s Game Day at the 85th Annual National Guard Association Conference May 5-7, 2023 at the Refuge Sheraton Resort in Flowood, Mississippi.
This resort property is immediately adjacent to the Jackson International Airport (JAN) and home to a world class golf course, zero entry mega pool and the second longest lazy river in the South East United States. All exhibit booths will be set up in the open areas immediately outside the business session. This area will accommodate all prospective exhibitors and give you high visibility because our members will enter the business session through this area. Exhibitors will set up at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and tear down after the conclusion of the business session on Saturday at approximately 1:00 p.m. A breakfast for exhibitors will be offered Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. and a box lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m.
Each space will include a table draped with a sign showing the exhibitor/organization name. The cost of an exhibit space is $400.00. (Note: Patriot Partners do not pay this cost. This is part of the cost of renting the area and having the booth prepared for the exhibit area. This is being offered as a service and is not an income producing activity for NGAMS.
All events for the 85th Annual NGAMS conference will be at the Refuge Hotel and Golf Resort, 2200 Refuge Blvd, Flowood, MS 39232. There is a block of rooms at the below listed hotels. The Refuge Sheraton Hotel is the on property hotel and the other hotels are all in the immediate Flowood area near several outstanding restaurants and shopping. As we often get this question from spouses and guests here is a guide for attire:
Sporting Events: Casual or attire appropriate for the event. Collared shirts are required for golf and tennis.
Friday Night Social: College or Pro Game Day or casual attire.
Business Session: Military: ACU. Civilian: Business casual.
Spouse Luncheon: Sundresses, shorts or swimsuits for a relaxing time at the pool and lazy river.
Unit dinner: Military: Mess Dress or ASU with bow tie/Class A
Men: Suit or coat and tie; no tuxedos required; Women: Short or long evening dress.
Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in our sporting events and certainly invited to join our Adjutant General, Major General Durr Boyles, at the Friday night Opening Ceremony, Exhibitor Hall Ribbon Cutting and Social.
