Exhibitor Information


The 82nd Annual National Guard Association Conference is celebrating the New Roaring Twenties August 28-30, 2020 at the Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel, Biloxi, Mississippi.

They say the third time is a charm.  After originally setting the date for May 15-17 we had to postpone the conference until June 19-21 due to impact of the COVID-19 virus.  However due to several of the venues not being completely open and possible restrictions still being in place during the June timeframe we have moved the dates to August 28-30.  If you have already registered for either date and have no changes then your registration has been changed to the August date.  If you need to make changes to a registration please contact Greg Taylor at gtaylor@ngams.org.  Likewise if you made a hotel reservation then that reservation has also been changed to the August date.  If you need to make changes or cancel your hotel room please contact the hotel directory at the below listed numbers.   

This resort property directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the Biloxi Bridge with all the resort and local activities you would expect.   Register now at Exhibitor/Patriot Partner Registration

All exhibit booths will be set up in the open areas on the same floor as the business session in the Golden Nugget.  This area will accommodate all prospective exhibitors and give you high visibility because our members will enter the business session through this area.  Exhibitors will set up at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and tear down after the conclusion of the business session on Saturday at approximately 1:30 p.m.  A breakfast for exhibitors will be offered Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. and a box lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m.

Each space is 8’ x 8’ and will include a 6’ table draped with a sign showing the exhibitor/organization name.  The cost of an exhibit space is $400.00.  (Note:  Patriot Partners do not pay this cost.  Not a Patriot Partner or haven’t signed up yet this year?  You can sign up here:  Patriot Partner Sign Up ).  This is part of the cost of renting the area and having the booth prepared for the exhibit area.  This is being offered as a service and is not an income producing activity for NGAMS.

All events for the 82nd Annual NGAMS conference will be at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, 151 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS  39530.  There is a block of rooms at the below listed resorts.  These resorts share a parking lot and are only feet from each other.  Please be aware, Margaritaville is also a family resort that has lots of activities for children.  Therefore they are welcome and encouraged to come.  Starting May 18th, reservations can be made by calling the numbers below.  Use group code for each hotel.  Block deadline is Friday, July 31, 2020.

Reservations can also be made for the Golden Nugget on NGAMS website at Golden Nugget Reservations, or by calling the hotel.  Please be aware there have been some issues with the changeover on the website.  If the link is not working please use the telephone number.  Depending on the room the rate is $119.00-$189.99 per night, which does not include state and local taxes.  Again, use the Group Code to ensure you receive the conference rate.


ALL REGISTRATION OTHER THAN ROOM RESERVATIONS ARE HANDLED ON A PRE-REGISTRATION BASIS ONLY AND IS DUE IN THE NGAMS OFFICE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, July 31, 2020. Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in our sporting events and certainly invited to join our Adjutant General, Major General Durr Boyles, at the Friday night Opening Ceremony, Exhibitor Hall Ribbon Cutting and Social.  Please see the “State Conference” tab for a listing of all events.
